I trust this email finds you well and enjoying the beautiful days of summer.  I'm excited to be connecting with you personally since my presentation at your PCMA meeting last November. 

2011 has certainly provided an array of possibilities amongst the challenges for those who are consciously looking for them.  And for those who are not so conscious, my hope for them is that they are fortunate enough to have someone in their life who can see possibilities for them and who is willing to share that with them.

As a professional colleague, I respect the stand you have chosen to take in the world, as have I, in coaching and mentoring others.  As you well know, the coaching profession is moving in many exciting directions.  With major corporations and organizations now actively looking for internal coaches or managers having coaching skills, the demand for professional, well trained, coaches is rapidly increasing.

We are about to begin our 2011-2012 coach training with Fundamentals of Performance Coaching which begins September 9-11, 2011, followed by Mastery of Performance Coaching which begins April 13-15, 2012.  Together, these trainings have been approved by ICF for 141 CCEs.

In our shared support of the coaching profession and the impact we as coaches make in the lives of others, I am requesting your support in sharing our information with your contacts.  Who do you know that you can see the possibility for them in being a powerful coach for others?  Who might you open that possibility up for?
