Greetings!  

This past week, we celebrated our independence. As I watched TV on Monday morning, they did a special on Thomas Jefferson's home at Montecito where 100 people became citizens of these United States on the 4th of July.  Each one had their own very unique story.  Three bottom line themes for all was that they wanted to live in a country with opportunity for freedom of choice.  

235 Years ago, our country's leaders took a stand for this vision in declaring their independence.  They shared a common purpose and vision and today even with the many challenges faced - that one shared purpose of liberty and freedom for all still stands strong and guides us in all that we do.

We will be starting our Leadership Source Training in San Jose on July 16th and 17th with each person receiving 10 full weeks of one-on-one coaching by a Certified Performance Coach.  As a result, our coaches guarantee each person they coach on leadership principles and personal goals will achieve what they want.
