Chef Lauren Von Der Pool's Vegan Turkey and Cheese Bear-Shaped Sandwiches
Makes 4 sandwiches
Ingredients
  • 8 slices seedless rye or whole grain bread
  • 8 Tbsps. organic whole grain mustard
  • 4 slices of veggie cheddar cheese slices
  • 8 slices of Tofurky
Directions
  1. Spread 1 to 2 Tbsps. mustard on 4 bread slices; arrange 2 Tofurky and 1 cheese slice on those slices.
  2. Top each slice with a slice of bread.
  3. Form sandwich shapes by placing cookie cutter on top of each sandwich.
  4. Use your hand to press down on cookie cutter; remove excess sandwich pieces.
  5. Voila -- your bear-shaped sandwiches.
