Chef Lauren Von Der Pool's Apricot Blueberry and Cherry Salad  
Serves 2 to 4
Ingredients 
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
  • 2 apricots, pitted and sliced
  • 2 Tbsps. lemon thyme honey
Directions 
  1. In medium bowl, toss ingredients together.
  2. Serve.
