We are back from Annapolis and in awe of what we just witnessed (and bought!) The new Sense 50 was a show stopper. "This boat changed the industry". The new First 30 is a sexy little rocket that will be perfect for San Diego sailing. Lots of sail area and state of the art Juan K performance. (See you at the Beer Cans!)

""Gabby wray" is a two cabin Catalina 470 that has been optimised for cruising. She has been constantly upgraded and improved and her owners have maintained her to a very high standard. Major upgrades like a genset, dinghy davits and custom cabinets improve the cruising ability of the boat. The Catalina 470 was built at the Morgan factory to exceptionally robust standards. The construction of these boats was designed to be much heavier than most other production boats in this class. Chicken Tenders Salad!
Serves 4
8-10 chicken tenderloins..
3 medium heirloom tomatoes, (tasty tomatoes are key to any meal)
1 English Cucumber sliced lengthwise
2-3 large ripe Haas Avocados
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
A really good extra virgin olive oil
1 cup of Greek yoghurt
1/4 cup of whole milk
Salt and Pepper
Marinate the chicken in some Greek yoghurt mixed with milk for about 20-30 minutes.
In the meantime slice the tomatoes and cucumber and arrange nicely on a serving platter. A good tool to use to slice the cucumber lengthwise is a cheese slicer.
Slice the avocados neatly and arrange on top of the cucumbers and tomatoes, then sprinkle the Feta cheese over the whole arrangement.
Liberally pour the olive oil over everything and grind some fresh sea salt and pepper on top. Don't be afraid to use the olive oil. I drench my salad with it, it's what makes it soo good.
Grill the chicken, either on a BBQ or in a skillet with some olive oil, add a bit of salt and pepper, when done, after about 3 to 4 each side minutes arrange nicely on top of the vegetables.
Enjoy with a nice Ciabatta, Foccacia or a rustic Sourdough bread.
