Lenski Helps Broncos Tackle Hunger

The clock is ticking down on our drive for the end zone.  During the month of October, Lenski is partnering with the Broncos Tackle Hunger Team in an ambitious effort to feed hundreds of hungry families in metro Denver.  Lenski students have the opportunity to serve our community by donating nonperishable food items. Please encourage your kids to bring items in and fill the boxes outside their classroom doors.  We currently have filled 80 boxes and we are heading for the end zone and a goal of 150 boxes!  Parents are also invited to bring items when coming to the Fall Festival parties on the 31st.

BINGO Night numbers are in......and Lenski is the winner of a $8,930 cash payout (about $2,500 more than last year!)

Littleton Stride Final Results

Congratulations to every Stride 2011 participant, volunteer, and donor!  Official numbers are pending, but more than 300 Lenski supporters joined the over 2,500 participants at The Stride on Sunday, October 23rd. With our stellar turnout, Lenski earned the $1,000 prize for highest percent participation at the elementary school level (tied with Wilder, who was also awarded $1,000 and will share the trophy with us).  And while results are not finalized, it appears that the Stride is on course to exceed last year's total of $35,000 raised for Littleton Public Schools!

If you would like to see individual race results and/or a list of our fine volunteers, please click here.
