Family Bingo Night
Friday, September 30
5:30-8:30 p.m.
Please join us for Family Bingo Night on Friday, September 30. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with games beginning promptly at 6:30 p.m. Prizes are now on display in the school lobby. A Raffle Flyer will come home this week with all the prizes listed and information on how to purchase raffle tickets. You need not be present to win a raffle prize (but do need to be present to win a bingo!). An RSVP Flyer went home last week; this is also an order form for bingo cards as well as purchasing pizza. Please fill it out and send in before the event. Come and enjoy a fun-filled family event!
Also, a big Thank You to all who have donated raffle prizes to help make this event a big success. We had such a tremendous response! |
A Sooper Blast Off!
The amazing friends and families of Lois Lenski Elementary reloaded an amazing amount of gas and grocery money this past month -- more than $50,000! Our school will automatically get cash back of more than $2,500 now, from King Soopers. What a terrific contribution! Well done, and let's keep the momentum going next month!

Tackling Hunger at Lenski
This October, Lenski is partnering with the Broncos Tackle Hunger Team in an ambitious effort to feed hundreds of hungry families in metro Denver. Lenski students have the opportunity to serve our community by donating nonperishable food items. Parent volunteers are needed 2-3 times/week throughout October to prepare items for delivery. If you have a spare hour to help, please check out the volunteer signup link which will appear in next week's Wednesday announcements.
