Letter from Lenski's PTO Presidents
Dear Lenski Community,
What a great year! It is hard to believe that it is May and our school year will soon be over. While for some this will be a welcome respite, for others it will be a difficult goodbye as they leave our community and join another.
We have so much to be proud of at Lenski! Click on this flyer to see all that we accomplished this year, or to view the 2010-11 Financial Report. |
Yearbooks Are Here!
Yearbooks will be distributed tomorrow, Thursday, May 18. Extra copies are also available in the office for $25. Thanks to Leslie Deniken and her team for all their hard work!

2011-2012 School Supplies
Deadline May 20, 2011
It's time to start thinking about school supplies for the 2011-12 School Year! The school supply list for each grade can be found at Lenski 2011-2012 School Supply List.
If you are looking for a time saving and simple way to buy your child's school supplies, Lenski has chosen to offer EduKit School Supply Kits for the upcoming school year. Orders placed by May 20th will insure that your child's supplies will be waiting for her/him in their classroom on their first day of school.
If you would like to order the supply kit for your child's grade level NEXT year, please follow this link to the order form.
Questions about school supply kits? Please feel free to contact Karey Finch at [email protected]. |
Have a Sooper Summer!
What a year this has been for the popular King Soopers reloadable cards! Thank you! We know you parents and friends will surprise us with lots of reloads over the summer. Keep it up! Don't stop ... unless you are "stopping in" for gasoline. (Psst! Did you know you can reload your card with the gas station attendant?! How awesome is that?!)
For those of you keeping score at home, check this out: King Soopers has sent nearly $18,000 to our school since July 1st! You are part of something big, and we appreciate your dedication to this simple, free fundraiser.
Have a question, suggestion, or expired card? Please contact Cameron at [email protected] or Charity at [email protected], even in the dog days of summer. We'll respond promptly! |
Donate Unwanted School Supplies!!!
Tired of bringing home more crayons, markers, glue, folders, etc.? Are you running out of drawers to put them in? This is your chance to contribute to a worthy cause AND contribute to a clutter-free home! The 5th grade service project team has organized an optional collection of leftover school supplies. The donated supplies will go to The Village Preschool within our own Littleton Public School District. This fantastic school operates with about 90% of its students in tuition assistance programs, so any donated supplies are desperately needed and valued.
Please instruct your child as they clean out their desk to either bring unused supplies home or to donate them to The Village. 5th grade students will be collecting from the classrooms directly and there will also be a central collection box in the school lobby the last week of school (May 16-20).
Questions? Please contact Julie Sanders at 720-289-3935 or Kristi Piazza at 303-378-7135. |
