Ending Homelessness, Restoring Hope

On Thursday, February 10, students can donate $1 and wear pajamas to school for the day. This fundraiser supports Denver's Road Home, an organization dedicated to ending homelessness. For further information, please click here.

Good News on the King Soopers Fundraiser

With nearly 300 reloadable gift cards in circulation, our Lois Lenski Elementary families rang up a strong January of grocery shopping at King Soopers! Our school just received a check for $1,929 for these combined purchases -- everybody say "Wow!" with us! Join in the fun in February: Consider the King Soopers gift card mall if you need a Valentine's present for your sweetie. Nothing says "I love you" like a Spa Finder gift card (or Starbuck's, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Target, and more!). Musical greeting cards optional.

Colorado Student Assessment Program (CSAP) Testing

Beginning in late February, 2011, CSAP Testing will be conducted for students in 3rd-5th grades. Please refer to this flyer from Dr. DeSpain for further information about this test, and to view the schedule for each grade.
