The Deadline for Auction Donations is Upon Us!   
      
     A huge thanks to everyone who has already donated items to the Lenski Auction!  Our community has been very generous and supportive of this fund-raiser!

     One final request -  if you have airline miles or vouchers you would be willing to donate to our Great Getaways, we could really use them!

Please remember - if you have already committed to donating an item or a service, we will need the final details about your donation by December 17th.

     Holiday season making you feel like you've entered the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix? 

 

     As you celebrate the holiday circuit in chilly Colorado, a warm European getaway is closer than you think.  The course is set for the Moonlight Over Monte Carlo Auction on Friday, February 25, 2011.  Look for more information after the winter break!

Kindergarten Open House
January 6, 2011   
      

     Come one, Come all to Lois Lenski's Kindergarten Open House on Thursday, January 6, 2011 from 6:00-7:00 p.m.  Come meet our Kindergarten teachers, Kindergarten Enrichment staff and Dr. Barbara E. DeSpain, Principal.  You will also have the opportunity to tour the Kindergarten classrooms and learn about our programs and curriculum.  For further information, click here. 

Toys for Tots Program

 

     Please join Cub Scout Pack 664 in supporting the Marine Corps Reserve in their Toys for Tots program this holiday season. Please bring a new, unwrapped toy and drop it off in the front lobby of Lenski Elementary School before December 17th.

Holiday Outreach a Success

 

     
     The PTO Community Service Team sends a special "Thank You" to everyone who contributed to the annual Holiday Outreach. Your generous donations will help many in the local community. We would like to recognize the specific volunteerism of Mrs. Bogner, Mrs. Simpson, Cub Scout Pack 664, and Charity Aslin and J. Cameron Morgan, from the GSAAC.  Thank you for making Lenski such a special place and happy holidays to all!

A Big Thank You to all our Fall Staff Appreciation Volunteers
 
     Thanks to all who helped with our Fall Staff Appreciation Lunch (list attached)!  The break room smelled wonderful and the staff was very appreciative of the meal that was provided.  We couldn't have done it without the help of all our dedicated volunteers.

    Lenski has programs in place and will be implementing new programs that help us keep our school "green".  Click here to see some issues that have recently been broached by concerned parents regarding Lenski's environmental impact.
