Lake County Planning, Building and Development Dimucci Property Update: 
August 22, 2012

Previously, the Chairman of the Lake County Zoning Board of Appeals granted staff's request for a continuance of the Dimucci hearing to Wednesday, Aug. 29 in order to allow time for the County and the Villages of Hawthorn Woods and North Barrington to engage in ongoing discussions about the project.

As these discussions continue to be productive and ongoing, Lake County staff has requested an additional continuance of the hearing to Thursday, Sept. 6. The ZBA Chairman has granted this additional request. Therefore, there will be no public hearing on Wednesday, Aug. 29, and the continued hearing will take place on Thursday, Sept. 6 at the Concorde Banquets, 20922 N. Rand Road, Kildeer, at 5 p.m.
