Online Customer Survey We would like to thank everyone that participated in our Customer Survey that was sent out last week. The survey will remain open through next week so if you have not taken it we encourage you to spend a few minutes and give us your opinion. The results so far show that Quality and Price are by far the most important factors when shopping for postal uniforms. Many processes are in place and constantly reviewed to ensure our products are of the highest quality. Our long term relationships with our suppliers have enabled us to keep our prices competitive today and going forward. Many great comments came when asked for any suggestions that may help improve your shopping experience. Improvements in our customer service area, returns, and website are underway based on your comments. Again, we thank you for participating in our survey and we value your feedback. |

| Unauthorized Uniform Items (Important)
The USPS has regulations on the uniform program just as they do in any other part of their business. We must adhere to the regulations or we run the risk of losing the opportunity to sell uniforms.
Each craft has designated uniforms. Some uniforms go across crafts such as shoes, but in the case of a hooded sweatshirt it can only be sold to the maintenance and mailhandler crafts. It is a great product, but it cannot be purchased by other crafts.
Another regulation is using your allotment to purchase items for someone else. This is not allowed...even if it is your spouse you are buying for and they are employed by the USPS.
We will continue to include items like these in future articles to help you understand the regulations of the USPS Uniform Program. For additional information on the uniform program we recommend reading the USPS ELM. |
