What is Rockit Extreme and Stretch?!

Give your body the "Power Boost" it wants with the 50 minute Rockit Pilates Extreme and Stretch-
A high intensity class packed into a 30 minutes "pump it up" high paced RockIt Pilates workout, followed by a 20-minute "cool it down" deep stretch. Staying true to our signature class, this is a pick-up-the-pace RockIt Pilates class with more intense exercises, quick transitions, and higher cardio. Then, indulge in a well deserved deep stretch and cool- down to help with flexibility and prevent injuries.
**Recommended for intermediate clients that are comfortable with the machine.**

Get all of your classes, but no charges!
Work the system!
Follow these tips and build your perfect schedule.
1. Use the wait list!
Classes seem so full because many clients are signing up very far in advance. But, clients tend to sign up for more than they want, then cancel. Most classes end up having open spaces on the day of! Add yourself to the wait list, and when someone else cancels you will often get in!
2. Manage your wait list.
-If you are on a wait list, but don't want that class anymore, cancel yourself from the wait list right away! Free up the space for another client who wants the class, and avoid being added with too little time to cancel.
-Also, if you are still waiting to hear from the wait list the night before a morning class but it's bedtime, or you will not be able to check your schedule in time to make the class if you get in, cancel yourself from the wait list to avoid being added and confirmed to a class with no time to cancel before becoming a "late cancel".
3. Keep checking!
-Check 11 hours prior to class, more openings are available since clients are canceling before the 12 hour mark. -The waitlist closes 12 hours before a class, and waitlisters will not be added after that. So, check after the 12 hour mark, too. Spots often open up then.
-Check the day of, up to right before the class! Either check online or call the studio to see if there was a last minute cancel.
4. Be ON IT
-Classes are posted two weeks in advance. The new day's schedule is posted at midnight the night before. Be one of the first!
5. Cancel Classes Accordingly
There is more than one way to cancel your class, even if you aren't glued to the computer.
-Cancel classes online using your profile. -Email the studios to let us know you are unable to attend class. -Call us! If we don't pick up, more likely than not, we are rocking out and can't get to the phone. Please leave a message and we'll take care of you as soon as possible.

Help Foyer de Sion orphanage!
An RBP Friend will be volunteering in Haiti and bringing supplies directly to the orphanage, We will be collecting donations at both studios through April 8th 2012.

One year ago I was using a cane to walk. I have a cyst on my spinal nerve sleeve which causes extreme pain and inflammation - the alternate to surgery is to strengthen my core. My hubby actually turned me on to RockIt Body Pilates with a Groupon in April, 2011, and after my first session, I was hooked! I don't even know where my cane is stored these days! I have had such huge success with RockIt Body Pilates that I would encourage anyone that wants to regain their spine - and therefor overall body - health to consider this workout. The teachers are great: Ellina has taught me how to sweat, and Amie has taught me how to breathe while sweating! My body emits odd sounds while I am working out, thus my desire for an "endie" position in the studio, but I am never ignored there in the back, only encouraged. Sally and Katrina both have shown great kindness to me, and I appreciate their sweet spirits. Things to Always Remember!
1. Redondo Beach is metered parking. 6 am- 6 pm, 7 day/week.
2. Purchase a Redondo Beach Parking Pass for $80/yr
(click Here to Purchase Pass)).3. Tread socks must be worn in all classes. You may bring your own, or purchase them at our studio. (Please remember, there are no shoes allowed in the workout area)4. Please turn off Cellphones during classes.5. All Auto-pay memberships (3 month, etc) are also Auto-Renewing. So, that means that when your 3 months end, it will always automatically renew your membership for the following 3 months. To discontinue the membership, please email us at least ten days before the renewal date. 6. You must have a valid credit card on file at all times. If your auto pay does not go through when scheduled, we will be required to put your account on hold until we reconcile your account. You will not get those days added back at the end of your hold. 7. - If a class is full, you can still click "Sign Up Now" to be put on the Wait List.

If you get into the class, you should receive an automatic email confirming your spot in class.

Please manage your own schedule by keeping track of your wait-listed classes online. If you haven't received an automated email confirmation stating that you've gotten into the class from the wait-list, make sure you check your online schedule prior to 12 hours before your class. You will be held to the 12 hr cancellation policies and fees.
- The Wait List closes 12 hours prior to a class, and nobody will be taken from the last after that.

9. Lost & Found- Please check out the lost and found in both locations for items missing. We will be donating all items at the beginning of each month.
