WAITLIST POLICY 

STARTING MAY 1ST

For those of you who have had a hard time getting into classes, 

we have created a solution for you!

 

 

1. STARTING MAY 1ST, IF YOU ARE ADDED TO THE CLASS FROM

    A WAITLIST, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY CONFIRMED IN THE  

    CLASS, AND HELD TO THE LATE CANCEL AND NO-SHOW FEES

    AND POLICIES.  

    No Need to email us anymore with "confirm" or "cancel."   

    YOU. ARE. IN.  

    If you get in, and don't want it, you must cancel yourself online at least 12

    hours prior to the class to avoid a LC or No Show fee.

 

 

2. THE WAITLIST WILL LOCK 16 HOURS BEFORE A CLASS  

    At 16 hrs prior to a class, no more waitlisters will be added to the class,  

    and the wait is over.  If you have not received notification within 16

    hours of your waitlisted class, then you have not been added to the session.

    Now, you'll be able to grab a class when someone cancels!   Check online 12

    hours before a class, and you will likely find that someone has cancelled

    and you can slide in! 

 

Example: 

If you are waitlisted for the 6am class, you will receive your email notification no later than 2pm the day before (16 hours before class)  confirming that you got into the class from the waitlist.  You do not need to email us with a "confirm" or "cancel" reply .  You will have until 6pm, at least a 4 hour gap, to cancel yourself online from the class without charge.   If you haven't been added to the class by 2pm, you will NOT be getting in from the waitlist.  You may have a second opportunity to sign up for the 6am class, if anyone cancels

 

 

Remember

1.If you are on the waitlist, and you can no longer make the class, you must cancel yourself online from the waitlist to avoid being added to the class. If you are added to the class, you are held to our cancellation policies. 

 

2. If you were added to the class, but notice that you are "unconfirmed", this does not mean that you have not been added to the class, it means we have not yet had the opportunity to check you into class ourselves!  You are always considered confirmed as soon as you are added to a class from the waitlist.

Let us know what classes you want.  Let us know what times you want to add classes.  Let us know if you have any thoughts about the studios or staff.   It is only by hearing from you that we know what is working and what is not!  We are here for you, and want to hear from you!     

 

Details are GREAT !  

  1. Do you want a class added?  What type? What day? Time? Location?   
  2. Would you prefer an outdoor Rockit Run and Define [OR] an outdoor RockIt Recess class?  When?
  3. Would you like a 35 minute early morning class?  It would be 5:30am or 5:15am class once or twice a week.  One day Upper/core, the second day Lower/core.
  4. Would you be interested in Technique Workshops that will help you get the most out of your workout? These workshops will break down exercises and explain the proper technique and form you need to have in order to achieve maximum results. One-day workshops would only have a maximum of 6 clients.  They would be 50 minutes- 1 1/2 hrs, and would include lecture based instruction, as well as physical practice on the Proformer. It is, however, not meant to be a workout.  Great for first timers and RockIt Body pros.  There would be an additional charge.  When would you like it?  What location? 

Any and all feedback is highly requested to ensure that our clients have the best experience at RockIt Body.

Jasmine Coloron our team.  After moving to Seattle to consult on the opening of a studio there, she has moved back to the South Bay!  Jasmine is tough, innovative, and fun, fun, fun!  You will LOVE to HATE her!

Things to Always Remember!

1. Redondo Beach is metered parking.  6 am- 6 pm, 7 day/week.
2. Purchase a Redondo Beach Parking Pass for $80/yr
(click Here to Purchase Pass).
3. Tread socks must be worn in all classes. You may bring your own, or    
       purchase them at our studio.
       (Please remember, there are no shoes allowed in the workout area)
4. Please turn off Cellphones during classes.
5. All Auto-pay memberships (3 month, etc) are also Auto-Renewing. 
        So, that means that when your 3 months end, it will always automatically renew your
        membership for the following 3 months. 
        To discontinue the membership, please email us at least ten days before the renewal
        date.
6.  You must have a valid credit card on file at all times.   
       
        If your auto pay does not go through when scheduled, we will be required to put your
        account on hold
until we reconcile your account.  You will not get those days added
        back at the end of your hold.

8. Waitlist-  PLEASE NOTE THE POLICIES WILL BE CHANGING
                    ON MAY 1ST. 
  • If a class is full, you can still click "Sign Up Now" to be put on the Wait List.
  • If you get into the class, you should receive an automatic email asking you to confirm or cancel.  Please reply by email within six hours or you may lose the spot.  
  • Please make sure you do not confirm for a waitlist class if you are scheduled for the same day in another class.  If you wish to confirm your waitlist class, and cancel your previously scheduled class, please email or call us at the front desk.  Instructors cannot cancel people out of classes.
  • Please put in your address book, so that your notifications don't go to spam: waitlist@rockitbodypilates.com AND automatedemail@mindbodyonline.com   
9.  Lost & Found- Please check out the lost and found in both locations
     for items missing. We will be donating all items at the beginning
of
     each month.
