The holidays are here and 'tis the season to fill your schedule with fun holiday parties and shopping! Unfortunately, it is also the time of year that people gain the most weight! Because we understand how hard it is to stay motivated during these last few weeks of the year, we have created a challenge that we encourage all of you to participate in!! Ask a friend or introduce yourself to someone you see at RockIt Body to "Rock the Challenge" with you!! Our goal is to help you reach your own personal goals whether you want to lose body fat, drop a few inches to get into your skinny jeans or just stay motivated during the holidays and until the end of the year!
We want you to go into the New Year feeling amazing and confident! "Rock the Challenge" will support, motivate and educate you to be healthy during the holidays and live a healthier lifestyle. Your prize is reaching your own personally set goal, so your success is completely up to how well you stay true to the challenge. This is your jump start into the New Year!! We want you all to be winners!!
Rock the Challenge! 5 workouts a week/ 5 rules to follow
5 Workouts a week:
You will need to take 4 RockIt Body classes/ week plus another day of cardio for 1 hour outside of RockIt body such as hiking, swimming, running, spinning or elliptical.
5 Rules to follow:
- Drink 8- 8 ounce glasses of water every day and no alcohol Sunday- Thursday
- Eliminate all white bread, chips, fries, junk food, and desert from your diet Monday- Friday. Replace with 2-3 servings of vegetables each day.
- Drink a super food/ protein shake every day: Recipe's will be provided by our Nutritionist!
- Eat 5 small meals a day or every 4 hours. Keep your metabolism revved and your blood sugar levels stable. Healthy snack ideas will be provided by our Nutritionist!
- Get 8 hours of sleep every night!!!

We will email you a schedule for times you can come in to get your initial assessments of your body fat percent and measurements. We will also have you write down what your personal goals are so we can help remind you what you are working for throughout the challenge!
