A New 12 Hour Cancellation Policy!
and
A New Fee Schedule!

That's right! Now you can cancel a class up to 12 hours before your scheduled class without incurring a charge.
And, we have changed our Fee Schedule as follows:
 
Monthly Unlimited Packages Policy:
For those who have not noticed yet, we now have two different fees. 
Late Cancels are $20.00
No-Shows & No Sign-Ins are $25  
So, please remember to 'late cancel' yourself if you know you aren't going to be able to make it.  And, don't forget to sign in when you are there!
 
Series Session Pack Policy:
(single, 5/10/20 packs, or private/semi private lessons)
We will not be charging late fees or no-show fees anymore; instead, we will be deducting a session from your package for each missed, or late-canceled class.

Studio Mix-Ups! Class time Mix-Ups!

Please remember to double-check your schedule for the studio and class time for which you are signed-up.

It will be considered a 'no-show' to your account if you do not make it to the correct studio for class, or if you show up to the wrong class time.

Sounds funny, but this has been happening a lot!

Things to Always Remember!

1.  Redondo Beach is metered
     parking. 
     6 am- 6 pm,
7 days a week.

2. Tread socks must be worn in all
    classes. You may bring your
    own, or purchase them at our
    studio.
(Please remember, there are no shoes allowed in the workout area)

Here Are Some Waitlist Tips:
  • If a class is full, you can still click "Sign Up Now" to be put on the Wait List.
  • If you get into the class, you should receive an automatic email asking you to confirm or cancel.
  • Upon receiving this email, you have six hours to respond.
  • Reply to the email with a "yes" or a "no" regarding the class.
  • If we do not hear from you, we will cancel your space and give it to the next person.

Orange Roughy In Scallion And Ginger Sauce



Serves 2

1/3 cup Dry Sherry or Ve
rmouth
3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1/4 cup Green Onion [finely chopped]
1 tsp Ginger [freshly grated]
1 tsp Garlic [finely chopped]
2 Orange Roughy Fillets (approx. 1 lb)
 
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Mix the sherry or vermouth, soy sauce, sesame oil, onion, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl.
 
Place the fish filets in an ovenproof casserole dish. Drizzle the marinade over the fish and bake for 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
 
Note: Cod, sole, or flounder may be substituted for the orange roughy.
 
Per serving: 242 calories, 35g protein, 3g carbs, 6g fat, 1g saturated fats, 1154mg sodium, 45mg cholesterol, 1g fiber
