Dear ,

In April, KCSARC successfully completed the audit of our 2010 financials. This in-depth review of KCSARC's finances and internal systems ensures that your support is being put to its best use in our mission to end the silence around sexual assault. If you would like to review the audit, it is available here. KCSARC is also working on our annual report to our donors which will be available online in July.

KCSARC's Board of Directors have also been working on the next iteration of our five-year strategic plan to help move the organization and our mission forward. The plan will be approved very soon and I look forward to sharing the strategies with you in the upcoming months.

As always, thank you for your support and voice!

Sincerely,
Mary Ellen Stone
Executive Director

FathersDayHonor Dads on Father's Day with a Gift to KCSARC!

For many children, the trauma of sexual abuse results in a wide range of emotional, psychological and behavioral problems. If adults don't believe the child and the sexual abuse is left untreated, it can also manifest itself in long-term negative consequences. Mothers, fathers and other parental figures have a significant impact in the healing process for a child. KCSARC educates parents and caregivers. We provide hope and healing. We celebrate those who have been there for children.

Your support makes those celebrations of hope and healing possible, free of charge, for families in need. From therapy for victims to prevention efforts, KCSARC is working to end the silence in our community. This Father's Day, please consider honoring a special father figure in your life with a gift to KCSARC. Make your gift online or by calling 425-226-5062. Make your gift by June 15th and we'll send a special Kids Art card!
