 SAM Tram is a great opportunity to showcase your homes to the general agents who sell homes in your area, including the top producing agents! To be among the homes visited by this year's SAM Tram bus tours, please use the attached form. Entry forms will be accepted until tours are filled. Sign-up early, when space is gone, it is gone!
Entry fee is $299 per unit or $450 for a community sales center with multiple models (max of 3 models / $100 per additional model over 3) Payment must be received with application.
