Sandi Arbolino has been a HBA member since 2006 and is the current SMC Vice Chair. Sandi has also been involved in SAM TRAM, Closing Time, Vice Chair-Major Achievement Awards, Chair-Membership and currently a HBA board member. Sandi is also an active member of ORRA and the Women's Council of Realtors. She was the 2011 SMC Member of the year . During the week you will find Sandi at Security National Mortgage where she is the Retail Sales Manager. Sandi not only manages a staff of 10 loan officers, but she also works with buyers insuring they are able to achieve the American Dream. This is where her passion comes from working in the housing industry for the last 7 years. Sandi is married and has an "almost" 4-year old that keeps her on her toes.  SAM Tram is a great opportunity to showcase your homes to the general agents who sell homes in your area, including the top producing agents! To be among the homes visited by this year's SAM Tram bus tours, please use the attached form. Entry forms will be accepted until tours are filled. Sign-up early, when space is gone, it is gone!
Entry fee is $299 per unit or $450 for a community sales center with multiple models (max of 3 models / $100 per additional model over 3) Payment must be received with application.
