Karmi Sheppard Mortgage Loan Officer

Karmi first joined the HBA in 2005 and has repeatedly been involved in Parade of Homes, SAM TRAM, Closing Time and the Holiday Party. She is also an active member of Women's Council of Realtors.
On the weekend you may see Karmi and her hubby at the farmer's market or dining at one of the many outdoor eateries in Winter Park. They love to host family dinners by the pool and are anticipating the birth of grandchild #3! Life is sweet.
Karmi was named one of Orlando's Five Star Mortgage Professionals who score highest in customer satisfaction in 2010 and again in 2011. She looks forward to providing the same level of service to you and your clients!
