The Director will lead by example and empowerment, represent the Center in the community with respect and sensitivity, manage financial operations, and ensure the viability and growth of the Rutland Turning Point Center. Director reports to the Board of Directors. This position requires 30 hours per week, requires flexibility in doing some weekend/evening work and requires some travel for meetings and events. Turning Point Center of Central Vermont (Barre) The Turning Point Center of Central Vermont (TPCCV), a non-profit organization in Barre VT, is seeking a part time Executive Director. The TPCCV is dedicated to helping people find, maintain, and enhance their recovery from alcohol and drug addiction through peer support, sober recreation, and educational opportunities. The center will provide individuals who have been afflicted by addiction, and their family members a safe environment to access resources and support. The center is dedicated to the enrichment of the social and spiritual lives of those individuals, and their family members who have been afflicted by addiction, including but not exclusive to alcohol and drugs.
