  •  Reduce or eliminate the need for carbon/manual transmittals
  • State-of-the-art web-based application tracks deals from the transmittal to title, right from the dealer's desktop.
  • Calculates all MVD fees automatically
  • Instant electronic updates of USED vehicles in addition to currently updating new vehicles
  • Extensive and customizable report library

A Reminder About Sold Notices

Did you know it is your customers responsibility to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles when they trade their vehicles into a dealership?  This must be completed within ten days from the date of sale.

It is recommended that when a dealer sells a vehicle to a Whole Seller that the dealer, send or go online and complete the Sold Notice.

If you have questions regarding Taxes please contact the Department of Revenue (DOR) at 602-716-6803.

Dealer Licensing Information

When a dealership decides to close, the dealer must turn in the dealer license, dealer plates, and write a letter on the dealership letterhead notifying the MVD Dealer License Unit that the store is closing and the dealer license and dealer plates are being turned in. This letter must list the dealer plates that are being turned in and those, if any, that are missing.  The letter must also include the dealer number, current date, and one of the owners signatures.  MVD must have the original signature.
