Many parents of school-age children - whether English or French speaking - are looking for affordable opportunities to develop or maintain their child's knowledge of French.  A group of parents in New York took the initiative in 2005 to encourage bilingual programs and after-school clubs in New York public schools.  Thanks to their hard work the number of such opportunities to learn and speak French in New York public schools is growing all the time.

 

Now it's the turn of parents in New Jersey to follow this example and encourage bilingual education in our public schools.  A meeting to present the New York initiative and discuss how it might work in New Jersey will be held on Monday, December 1.  Please see details below.
