Just wanted to update you on some new things that are out to help you serve your clients even better.  See #3 below for a video you can use.

1)  The latest Staging Statistics
continue to show significant improvement in time on the market and sales price in homes that have been staged. 
The new 2010 Home Gains Survey also continues to show a huge rate of return on staging.  This chart shows 2009 stats. 

Days on Market:

 Before Staging 

 After Staging

 VACANT HOMES 277 63*
 OCCUPIED HOMES    233
 53*

* 78 percent less time on the market after staging.

2)  White Wall Syndrome?  Many sellers and realtors have believed that painting a house in fresh white paint is the best way to sell a home, since buyers can "do anything they want with it."  However, we have found that creating a warm, inviting environment with color is the way to faster sales.  Some bolder colors are even coming out in the staging world if they are used carefully.

3)  To help your clients understand Real Estate Staging, I have available a professionally made video  to loan you to show your clients.
  
In this short video, homeowners will learn:
  • The true definition of staging.
  • The benefits of staging and staging statistics.
  • How to get your home sold quickly, with less stress and possibly for more money.
  • How to find the right home stager by asking critical questions during the interview process.
