Many sellers can really do a terrific job of staging their home when they have some guidance from an inexpensive consultation. This family was able to make tremendous changes with specific instructions and by catching the vision of the changes home staging can make. In their own words....
"Trying to decide where to begin was my big problem. I am home-decorating challenged, but Beth gave me the confidence to do the job. She walked me through my house and helped me pick out kitchen vinyl, carpet, and paint colors that would work together. As we went through each room, she told me what things to move out to "declutter", and things to add and where to put them, ie. flowers and pictures.
