Greetings!
Establish a Solid Brand Foundation with 3 C's If you are in business to sell a product or service (and who isn't?), you know the importance of delivering a strong brand message. In times of economic uncertainty, your brand will help to set your business apart - and far ahead - of your competition.
An easy way to remember how to build a strong brand foundation is to follow the 3 C's:
Credibility. Establish your position in the market. Who are you? Why should I buy from you? What makes your product or service better than the other guy?
Connections. Get out there, get noticed; network and volunteer. As your consumer learns to trust you and your business, they become your best resource for referrals. Consistency. Deliver your brand message in everything you do. From the shirt on your back to the sign on your door, from how you answer your phone to how you treat your staff and vendors - every message you send out defines your brand. Your brand is a unique opportunity to connect with your consumer, and without that positive connection, history has proven that when money is tight, your consumer will simply choose to go elsewhere . . . or not buy at all.

Critics derided John McCain's font, Optima, which was developed in the 1950s, and recalled the printing on a remedy for gastric distress. . . . (read more here).
