BIBCA is currently developing the 2011 - 2013 Strategic Business Plan.  This plan guides our activities, and determines where budget money will be spent for the next three years.  The Board of Directors is developing the plan in the next few weeks, and would greatly appreciate your input.  Please respond before June 11th.
