Kelly Parker President, Guaranteed Watt Saver Systems, Inc.Kelly
Parker is a Professional Engineer currently in 13 states. He is the
owner and President of Guaranteed Watt Saver Systems, Inc. (GWSSI), a
national award-winning energy, engineering, consulting and inspection
firm dedicated to improving the quality of building construction.
GWSSI performed over 10,000 inspections in 2006. Kelly is
Past President of the RESNET Board of Directors, a LEED Accredited
Professional, and a certified HERS rater. Clients of GWSSI include
municipalities, insurance companies, builders, and architects as well
as many individuals and private firms. For more than sixteen years, he
has specialized in energy efficiency through building science,
addressing HVAC design, performance and air infiltration testing and
control. He is an EPA National Energy Star Homes Training Instructor,
Oklahoma Real Estate Commission Continuing Education Instructor, and
American Institute of Architects Continuing Education Provider. Kelly
has been involved with the American Lung Association as a regional
inspector regarding air quality and health issues in residential
construction. Kelly is a champion of environmentally responsible
building practices and has held numerous training sessions on the
application of building science principles in everyday construction. |

The Fomo MagnumTM heated hose spray foam system is a low-entry-cost, highly flexible spray foam system component to the newly released BIBS-HP product. MagnumTM certification will be offered at both the Tucson and Dallas BIBCA Workshops.
