Prayer Ministry
Praying for and with those with illness, needs, praise, support, travel, charities and other requests. Our JC Prayer Chain is always available for prayer requests.
Prayer requests may also be made on the attendance pads or prayer cards found in the pews. Place the prayer card in the offering plate or hand it to an usher as you leave. You can also dial the church office and select extension #49 to leave your prayer request.

DAVID ALESYA ANDRUSYAK - RUSSIA
They thank us for remembering their ministry in our prayers. God is doing amazing things and we want to share some of that with you. DRUG REHAB MINISTRY - This ministry is running smoothly. 48 have gone through the program, 30 have given their life to Christ and are making great progress during our first year. David then shared the story of One Life on the Road to Recovery. This man, a very powerful member of Russian Mafia during the 90's who's been in and out of prison for drinking and abusing drugs, called one of our ministers, Nico-lai, to say good bye and thank him for his friendship as he was preparing to kill himself. After many phone calls talking to him, he agreed to travel the 500 kilometers to come to us. Upon his arrival we saw this hurting man was ready to make a change and was willing to go immediately to our drug rehab center. At this writing, three weeks have passed and he is over his withdraw-als and is reading the Word of God, praying and considering what the Bible has to say about life, showing much gratitude that there is hope for even him. We PRAISE GOD FOR HIS MERCY!. |
