Prayer Ministry
Praying for and with those with illness, needs, praise, support, travel, charities and other requests. Our JC Prayer Chain is always available for prayer requests.
Prayer requests may also be made on the attendance pads or prayer cards found in the pews. Place the prayer card in the offering plate or hand it to an usher as you leave. You can also dial the church office and select extension #49 to leave your prayer request.

Old eye glasses and glass cases are being collected in a box in our church office. These glasses will be cleaned and measured for their prescription and then taken overseas by various medical groups to provide the poor of the world with eye glasses. For many of the recipients, this will be a chance to see again after many years of difficulty. Contact Carol Hall or Gail Palmer if questions.

Mission Corner
Praying for our Missionaries
Have you added a consistent pattern of praying for our Journey Church Missionaries? Do you know who they are and where they are doing the ministry God has called them to do? Our local focus is with TWIN LAKES FOOD BANK and POWERHOUSE MINISTRIES. Journey Church is well represented with volunteers working in these two programs. We praise God for this dedication to this need in our community. We have added this year, Dr. Toby Nelson - First Response Chaplains of California.
Our Oversees Missionaries include:
- AFRICA - D.O.N.E. (Discipling our Nations Effectively)
- RUSSIA - David and Alesya Andrusyak's
- ALBANIA - Dave and Julee Schoch (They will be coming home this summer and we plan to have them visit us and give a report on their work.)
