School District 102 5K Family Fun Run/Walk

Sunday, April 29, 2012, 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Aptakisic Junior High School, 1231 Weiland Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL    

School District 102's Health and Wellness Committee and PTO are sponsoring their 3rd Annual Family Fun Run/Walk at Aptakisic Junior High School 1230 Weiland Road, Buffalo Grove on Sunday, April 29, 2012. 

Morning check in begins at 7:45 a.m. Pre-race warmups provided by Buffalo Grove's Body in Motion will begin at 8:10am. 

There will be family activities and a wellness vendor fair.

This event features mini classes in yoga by Live it Up at 9:00 a.m., Dance by Sole2Sole at 9:25 a.m. and bootcamp at 9:50 a.m. by The Sweat Shopa 

Visit the local health fair or sign the kids up to run a 50 or 100 yard Dash.

I will be there providing materials from the Lake County Forest Preserve and Lake County government, and available to answer your questions! Be sure to stop by the Lake County table.
