Planning Your 2009 Whitetail Hunt

Bill Hendrix's 154"

I want to thank every one that hunted with us this fall and hope those of you who were not able to, join us for the 2009 season.  I hope you all have had a great holiday season.  The 2008 season turned out to be one of our best seasons since I have been manager here at the lodge.  We didn't harvest the largest bucks in area by no means but we had a good share of close encounters with some great deer, and some great stories to go with them.
Now is the time to start planning your 2009 Whitetail hunting trip, and many of our weeks are already full.  Feel free to contact me at the lodge at 217-734-2526 or shoot me an email if you have any questions or want to look at some dates.  Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you in camp.

. With the whitetail season coming to a close, my guides and myself are cleaning off the dust which has collected on our turkey gear and getting fired up for another outstanding spring season.  The resident and non resident tag application deadlines are now available on the IDNR website at www.dnr.state.il.us and for any one looking to have one of the best turkey hunting experiences possible, now is the time to book your hunt.  All of the hunts are fully guided by experienced guides that make it there mission to get you within shooting distance of a wiley longbeard.  We only take a limited number of hunters per season so do not hesitate to call or email me if you have any questions or would like to book a hunt.
