Warren - a PhD in music who is with us while exploring where best to use his musical talents.

Greetings!
Time for a bit of reflection & with that a great dose of gratitude.... Hundreds of wonderful people walk through the doors of the BR each week & add to our opportunities to provide what we are known for: great food, great service, great ambience.
Thank you to each of you who walk through the door, bring friends with you & especially to those of you who let us know both when we are providing the "goods" & when we are not up to par.
The accolades are great, no one can say that's not so. However it is the "you can do better"; "this was not as good as last time"; "I thought the risotto was too salty"; "I didn't feel as welcome as those you knew at the next table" -- these are the comments that help us grow & continually evaluate & consider how to do better.
You will see evidence of our listening & taking action, hopefully this will encourage you to keep talking to us & coming back.

Specialty cakes ~ all gorgeous, all delicious & all made to your specifications for your special events.
Have you found our sprouted wheat bread? It flies off the shelf on Tuesday; a must try.
Raspberry macaroons - made fresh several times a week Order ahead, avoid disappointment - we will set aside for pick-up any of our bakery goods **** Red hat petit fours - Yes, we have them.

We see such a wide range of wines come through the door, it is a testimony to the far flung interests & tastes of you, our customers. This year we have invested in a top-of-the-line cork screw, so keep those wines coming through the door!
Dinner on Thursday
You will see a few more of the all-time favorites on the menu - yes, the lunch soups will be available & the weekly stew too.
Who knew that such simple & yet elegant dishes: cassoulet, beef bourginoune, coq au vin & traditional lamb stew would hit the mark so broadly- these are some of your favorites & they will be available at dinner on Thurs.
Music on Fri & Sat will continue to be a feature - we hear great things from you about the quality & the enjoyment you get, and so do we!
