Chanteuse ~ Paige Stewart
It is our great pleasure to welcome Paige Stewart to The Blue Rooster this autumn. Many of you have heard her these last few weeks & the comments are stellar! Here is a bit of background to encourage those of you who have yet to come out on Saturday night.
Paige has sung at some of the most iconic venues in music. Her voice has been heard at Birdland, the Iridium, the Rainbow Room, the Waldorf Astoria and Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach FL.
The list of musicians she has worked with is equally impressive. They
include, Bucky Pizzarrelli, John DiMartino and Harry Allen.
No less a jazz luminary than McCoy Tyner said of Paige "she has a unique
voice that must be heard."
Now living in East Windsor, Paige continues to sing in local venues, scaling
back her schedule to pursue other endeavors. Paige's melodic, soothing
voice brings out the best in the songs written by some of America's finest
composers.
Her repertoire of Gershwin, Cole Porter, Rogers and Hart and
other writers of that era represent some of the most beautiful music ever written and Paige has the voice to bring out every nuance in the music.
Paige can currently be heard with her accompanist at The Blue Rooster
in Cranbury on Saturday nights from 6-9PM.
