The Shift will be lead by... nuns?!
I did not have much experience with nuns growing up. I spent a little time in a Methodist church but never took it too seriously with my two spiritual parents around. All I heard were stories of kids being hit on the knuckles with a ruler by strict nuns in catholic schools. So to say my experience of nuns growing up was limited and a bit skewed is an understatement.
In my adult life I had heard whispers of nuns running alternative health centers, teaching reiki and chi-gong and opening their retreat centers to spiritual teachers. But I thought this was the exception, not the rule.
