It was the night before my flight. I was down to the last few items to pack and decided to download a few songs to my ipod for the flight.

When waking that morning, I had made three strong intentions for myself for this 3 week trip. I could feel just an inkling of my old default pattern to over plan and over control my journey to ensure it was "productive & successful".
