Unconditional Love does not Equal Obligation
"True love, unconditional love is never painful or hurtful. It is loving someone no  matter what they do or how they act. That being said, that does not mean you should stay in a situation that is not what you desire to experience. You can love someone and still decide that it does not serve you to spend time with them because your values do not match. In that case you love them and let them go, wishing them the best."

As you move into the new year, join me in making a commitment to be brave and open our hearts a little wider. Commit to building more relationships based in unconditional love for others and yourself, which may also include releasing some relationships that are not serving either involved. Move into this new year with a powerful intention to release obligation while you stay in an unconditionally loving space. This is one of the most powerful ways to truly make a difference in our world... one person at a time.
