This Week, when you are interacting with loved ones that tend to trigger you, step back for a moment, breathe, and ask yourself "At this moment, am I listening, speaking and responding from my Authentic Self or am I listening, speaking and responding from my Ego?" To answer that question, simply look at how you feel. If any of the emotions you are feeling are below the line on the Emotional Scale, then some portion of your being is in Ego at this moment. Remember, this is a practice in awareness, not judgment. Shifting Ego habits take time. Awareness is a powerful 1st step.  -Namaste, Michelle
