Feel your emotions to improve your health
 

It is vital to allow yourself to feel all your emotions and release them.  Our emotions have a significant impact on our physical health.  Unexpressed negative emotions may show up in the physical body as some form of disease.

This Week, give yourself permission to really feel your emotions around your health or otherwise with consciousness. Imagine with each release that the layers of pent up emotion, pain and hurt are falling away from the physical body. The key here is to stay conscious during this process and allow the emotions to release without believing that the beliefs associated with them are true. This is a powerful process.
