This Week, look for the proof in your life and the lives of others that you can improve your health. List every cut, break, cold, etc. that your immune system did heal (don't list the ones that have yet to heal). Then for your current conditions, search for people who healed from the same or similar ailments. Or search for stories of people who had ailments that are even more difficult to heal than yours, that did return to their natural state of health. There are some pretty profound ones out there.
