Is everyone looking at me?
Here is the reality... Others are usually way too busy worrying about what others think of THEM or worried that you might find out all THEIR faults, to spend much time noticing YOUR mistakes and issues. So take a breath and let it go. Your practice is not getting them to love you or approve of you anyway. You practice is learning to love and approve of yourself.. faults, foibles and all. Quote taken from Michelle's Blog Post - Is everyone looking at me? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This Week, every time you notice yourself worrying about what another thinks of you, take a breath and let it go. Instead affirm your commitment to loving yourself... faults, foibles and all. Then choose to be present in your current moment instead and make any decision you may have on what you truly want and not on what they think of you. This is a very empowering practice.
