Since we are a little over 1/2 way through 2011, I thought it might be beneficial to take a moment to re-anchor into the 5 Intentions we created at the beginning of the year and renew our commitment to ourselves.    This week, we will anchor into Intention #4. 

 

   

Intention #4- Make a commitment to Loving Yourself Through It All.  No matter what!

The second we beat ourselves up for not doing it right or perfectly, we drop our vibration and change a learning experience into a disempowering experience.  Through loving yourself in times of difficulty, you actually raise your vibration putting you at a more effective vibration to find the solutions you desire.  I cannot emphasize how important loving your self and being kind to yourself is.  It is one of the most powerful tools I have ever experienced.  Believe me, it is worth doing.

 The 6th Core Untruth/Ego Belief

 

Through coaching and mentoring, it has come to my attention that there are certain Core Untruths or Ego Beliefs most souls, at least in our society, tend to choose to experience in physical life.  These Core Untruths tend to cause most of our emotional pain and strife and are the result of most of the suffering that we experience. Over the years more Core Untruths have revealed themselves to me as they show up over and over in coaching sessions and workshops.  So, just recently I have added one more to the list.
