Since we are a little over 1/2 way through 2011, I thought it might be beneficial to take a moment to re-anchor into the 5 Intentions we created at the beginning of the year and renew our commitment to ourselves.

1) Make a commitment to Gratitude

2) Make a commitment to Awareness    

3) Make a commitment to Feeling Better

4) Make a commitment to Loving Yourself Through It All

5) Make a commitment to Enjoying the Journey

This Week, renew your intentions for 2011.  Take the time to go through each one and say "YES!" to those that resonate with you or create your own.  Starting next week we will deepen into one intention a week and support each other in living it more fully!   -Namaste, Michelle
