Ask Coach Michelle - Why do my old beliefs keep resurfacing?
Dear Coach Michelle,
I feel like I have been making great strides over the past few years on being a Conscious Creator of my life and not letting the my old fear beliefs run me as much. However, it seems like I do really well for awhile, then out of no where the old beliefs come back and knock me over. I am getting better and better about getting myself back out of them, but why does this keep happening?

Do you hear yourself saying "I should have ______ by now ", "Why is this happening to me?" or " What am I doing wrong?". Part of living as the Authentic Self is stepping back and seeing the broader picture of your life purpose and how everything that shows up is orchestrated to support that purpose. You did not come in to "accomplish this" or "prove that". We are here to Create, Grow and Serve, and that my friend, is exactly what you are doing and doing beautifully. Your Higher Self is always working to align you with the perfect circumstances to experience all the creativity, growth and service you desired in this life. This week, practice seeing the way your current life experiences are serving your life purpose and be grateful. It is all, always for your good!
