Opening yourself to receive more and more love. This week, expand your "love" muscle by noticing the loving intent of others in your life. Appreciate the intent of the overbearing mother. Appreciate the sentiment of the husband that changes your oil, cuts the lawn and works late to show he cares. Though they may not be your preferred methods of receiving, they are still acts of love coming flowing to you. As you appreciate the loving intent of another, you can open more easily to the love inside This is your receiving muscle we are building.
