Ask Coach Michelle - Why does the grass always look greener on the other side? (Part 1)
Dear Coach Michelle,
I have ALWAYS had a 'grass is always greener' mentality. When I'm single, I want to be in a relationship. When I'm in a relationship, I daydream of my single days. When I'm traveling, I miss the comforts of home. When I'm home, I long for the adventure of traveling. I think this has something to do with a "lack" mentality but I don't fully understand it. All I know is it probably doesn't serve me. Could you shed some light on this belief system?

The Ego, and the uncomfortable contrast it provides, is a part of that perfection. Without each negative thought, you would not gain more clarity on your truth. Without each negative emotion, you would not know your negative thought was not serving you. So love them for their intent... to help. And see them as a little child that doesn't yet have the big picture and needs a little assurance that all is truly well and that you have more effective motivators and protectors than the fear it is using. Fill them with so much love that the fear falls away in the high vibration flood. When your Ego is really triggered and your vibration is really low, love can be one of the most productive acts.
