I learned many great tools throughout my coach training that had amazing potential to help both parties in a conversation feel heard, understood and respected and ultimately to help both involved better understand each other and themselves.As I shared these tools sometimes the tools would be immensely helpful for people. Your vibration is worth a thousand words.
 It's true what they say... "A picture is worth a thousand words". Why? Because though verbal language is an amazing way to communicate, it still has limitations in it's ability to convey the essence or fullness that one is experiencing vibrationally. Add in the sounds, smells and other intricate vibrations all around while standing in that place where the picture was taken, and now even the picture doesn't compare.
The language of the universe is vibration and we are vibrational beings at the core. So, what we send out to the world and what we receive back from the world vibrationally is always more relevant than any word, phrase or comment. Always start with your vibration, language is secondary.

Be mindful of your full vibration including your emotions, your thoughts and your energy level while talking with others. Notice what responses you receive back regardless of the words you say. Then, practice adjusting just your vibration to a more loving, accepting, open, receptive space without being concerned about the words you use and see what unfolds. Be gentle with yourself through all of this. Enjoy the process.
