This week, can you think of a time when your outer circumstances had little effect on your vibration? Where you felt "high on life" and felt like nothing could effect your joy in that moment? This is the feeling of connection with your soul, your home frequency. When your vibration raises to that point, you realize that joy has little to do with your outer circumstances and everything to do with your level of connection to your higher self and Source.
