Running for the Cardiomyopathy Association 2011

We have places available in many fundraising running events during 2011. In some we have guaranteed places, in others we can guide applicants through the entry process. The events will appeal to runners of varying abilities, while others are suitable as walks for families.

Held at the historic Silverstone motor racing circuit.

Reading Half Marathon - 20th March. 11,000 runners are expected in this popular half marathon. Entry is via the event website

Paris Marathon - 10th April. A memorable run past the historic landmarks of Paris.

Belfast City Marathon - 2nd May. A great run in the centre of Belfast. Other distances are also available. Entry is via the event website.

Just Walk - 7th May. A walking event available over various distances.

Great Manchester Run - 15th May. A 10k event in the centre of Manchester.

Super Hero Run - 15th May. Be a CMA Super Hero is this 5k event in London. Each entrant gets a free super hero suit.

Edinburgh Marathon Fesitval - 22nd May. Places available over various distances.

Bupa London 10,000 Run - 30th May. A 10k event over part of the 2012 Olympic marathon course.

British London 10k Run - 10th July. A popular event past many of London's famous landmarks..

London Triathlon - 30th & 31st July. Held in London's docklands. Places available in different categories.


Robin Hood Marathon - 11th September. A scenic run around Nottingham. Entry is via the event website.

 

Great North Run - 18th September. The premier half marathon event.

Run to the Beat - 25th September. London's music half marathon.

Royal Parks Half Marathon - 9th October. A popular run through London's famous parks.

Cardiff Half Marathon - 16th October. An increasingly popular event in the centre of Cardiff. Entry is via the event website.

Great South Run - 30th October. A 10 mile event in Portsmouth.

Santa Walk / Run - December. Every entrant in this fun 5k event gets a free Santa suit.

Big Fun Runs. A series of 22 5k events around the country, held between July and October.
