Canada's Jobs Numbers Anyone who has doubts about Canada as a place to invest in need only pick up a newspaper. In a world where terms like "double-dip" recession are being throw around Canada's Job numbers continue to grow. The Globe and Mail quoting Benjamin Reitzes, of BMO Nesbitt Burns reported: "There's no arguing with this strong report. The jobs picture clearly shows that the Canadian recovery hasn't stalled yet, despite signs of slowing momentum in the U.S. and other economies. This strong report solidifies our call for the Bank of Canada to raise rates 25 bps on July 20." Canada is really become a "voice in the wilderness" when it comes to it's economy.
